Scope Of Work:
Our objective is to establish a modern, cohesive aesthetic for company portraits featured on the website, ensuring consistency across multiple locations nationwide. Each portrait is taken against a solid white background by various photographers worldwide. For the local Chicago branch, we serve as the on-site photographers. For locations beyond the Chicagoland area, we coordinate sessions with other photographers. We then carefully clip and place each individual onto an office-inspired bokeh background, creating a polished and professional final image.

To maintain consistency, we provide clear guidelines for lighting and posing to all photographers. Since early 2022, we have coordinated photoshoots with over 20 photographers across the country. This ongoing project aims to deliver updated headshots for 700 employees across the U.S. and internationally.

Final images are optimized for web use, social media, and trade publications, ensuring versatility across all digital and print platforms.
